Portal Sign In

Your username is your email address. If you have forgotten your password or if this is the first time you have visited our new site, please click on Forgot Username and then the Forgot Password.  Following this process with automatically create your username and allow you to reset your password.

Important Note 

If this is your first time logging into the new TAAO member portal, please follow these steps to create your login and password.
  • Click Forgot Username and enter the email address on file with TAAO.
  • Click Forgot Password and enter your email address again.
  • Check your email. You will receive a notification from [email protected] that will provide you a link to "reset your password" and access to the website.
*All usernames are now required to be your email address. Passwords must be 7 characters long and contain both numbers and letters.
