Hotel: The host hotel, Kalahari Resorts & Conventions - Round Rock, 3001 Kalahari Blvd., Round Rock, Texas 78665. Contracted nightly rate for Double Queen with sofa is $184 + tax, which includes waived resort fee and complimentary self-parking. 

Networking: TAAO and ICTA Annual Conference isn't complete without the social events that provide opportunities for you to relax and connect with your colleagues. Whether you are a first-time attendee or at your 20th conference, be sure to take the time to participate in some or all of these events.

Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing. Cancellations received by July 31st will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Registration may be transferred at a $75 fee to another member in the same organization.

NOTE: The Early Bird discount requires payment in full no later than April 30th. Registrations received after April 30th will be considered Regular Registration at the regular price.
