Course Materials: You are responsible for printing your student materials and bringing them to class with you. A link to print your materials will be emailed to you the week prior to your class date. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Contact our office at 512-926-2511, if you haven't received the material by the Thursday prior to your class. (We will use the email address that you provided on your registration form or the address in your member profile if you registered through our website.)

Location: Dallas Central Appraisal District, 2949 N. Stemmons, Frwy., Dallas, TX 75247

Lodging: Students are responsible for making their own arrangements. TAAO does not have a contracted hotel for this event. To see a list of hotels located near Dallas CAD please click HERE; you can also view this list on the TAAO website (under Education/Course Locations). 

We suggest you bring:

• PROPERTY ASSESSMENT VALUATION, Third Edition, 2010 by the International Association of Assessing Officers.
• Pen and pad for notes
• Small hand held 12 digit calculator
• Highlighter
• Jacket, in case room temperature is cold

All course cancellations incur a $100 cancellation fee and transfers incur a $40 transfer fee. Written notice of cancellation or transfer must be received no later than one week before the first day of the course to receive a refund (less the $100 cancellation fee) or transfer.
