At check in, the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center will charge your credit card $200 for incidentals.  That charge will be credited back to your card at the end of your stay, provided you do not incur any incidental charges.

The Gaylord is a NO CASH hotel

Convention + Expo Management Services is handling the booth décor/setup.

Each booth will be set with an 8' backdrop drape, 3' side divider drapes, one 6' skirted table (red, white and blue), two exhibit chairs, a wastebasket, and a vendor ID sign.

2027 Booth Selection

2027 booths will be selected through a drawing-style system. The drawing will begin on Sunday, August 29, 2026 at 4:00 pm. Participants will have the opportunity to choose their booth based on the number drawn. Booth selection forms should be turned in by Tuesday, September 1, 2026, from 8 AM to 12 PM at the registration counter. Any question please reach out to Oscar Lugo

ATS (American Tradeshow Service) will send an email,
August 26, 2026, with a QR code for easy Badge Pick Up. You can view and update your information by following the link within that email. Please save the QR code to your phone or print it and bring it to the Registration Booth. Once at registration, simply scan your code, print your badge, and pick up a lanyard.

IMPORTANT: Badges are required to be worn throughout.
MUST wear wristbands provided to the President’s Dinner to enter.
