At check in, the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center will charge your credit card $200 for incidentals.  That charge will be credited back to your card at the end of your stay, provided you do not incur any incidental charges.

The Gaylord is a NO CASH hotel

ATS (American Tradeshow Service) will send an email,
August 26, 2026, with a QR code for easy Badge Pick Up. You can view and update your information by following the link within that email. Please save the QR code to your phone or print it and bring it to the Registration Booth. Once at registration, simply scan your code, print your badge, and pick up a lanyard.

IMPORTANT: Badges are required to be worn throughout.
MUST wear wristbands provided to the President’s Dinner to enter.

Don’t forget to purchase your 50/50 raffle tickets! The more sales the bigger the prize!  Tickets will be sold at the 50/50 Raffle table, stationed on the upper level, Tate
Pre-function. Two tickets will be drawn to split half the sales proceeds and half will go to TAAO.  The drawing will be held at the end of the last session on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
