Course Material: You are responsible for printing your student materials and bringing them to class with you. A link to print your materials will be emailed to you the week prior to your class date. Students are also required to have a copy of the current edition of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and a copy of the 2026 Guidance and Reference Manual . (Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Contact our office at 512-926-2511, if you haven't received the material by the Thursday prior to your class. Location: Tarrant Appraisal District, 2500 Handley-Ederville Road, Fort Worth, TX 76118

As you prepare for class, please remember to bring these required materials:
* Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (current edition)
* 2026 Guidance and Reference Manual

This course incurs a $75 cancellation fee and transfers incur a $40 transfer fee. Written notice of cancellation or transfer must be received no later than one week before the first day of the course to receive a refund (less the $100 cancellation fee) or transfer.
