Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM (Exam 1.5 hrs.)
Friday: 8:30 AM - 11:00 AM (Exam 1.5 hrs.)

CE Credit: 20 CE Hours

Course Materials: You are responsible for printing your student materials and bringing them to class with you. A link to print your materials will be emailed to you the week prior to your class date. Students are also required to have a copy of the PROPERTY ASSESSMENT VALUATION, Third Edition, 2010 by the International Association of Assessing Officers. Please be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Contact our office at 512-926-2511, if you haven't received the material by the Thursday prior to your class. (We will use the email address that you provided on your registration form or the address in your member profile if you registered through our website.)

 Location: Denton CAD - Annex Building, 3901 Morse Street, Denton, TX 76208

We suggest you bring:

• Pen and pad for notes
• Small hand held 12 digit calculator
• Highlighter
• Jacket, in case room temperature is cold

All course cancellations incur a $100 cancellation fee and transfers incur a $40 transfer fee. Written notice of cancellation or transfer must be received no later than one week before the first day of the course to receive a refund (less the $100 cancellation fee) or transfer.
