Any person employed or previously employed by or working primarily with any local or state governmental body or educational institution or a person who is interested in ad valorem taxation, but does not qualify as an Active Member, shall be eligible to become an Affiliate Member. An Affiliate Member is entitled to all the rights and privileges of the Corporation including the right to vote but not including the right to hold office.
